Briogeo please, PLEASE never stop making this! This shampoo is best suited for those with skin allergies and sensitive scalps. There are a fair amount of reviews on here saying that it dries out your hair. I want to address those claims. This is a very cleansing shampoo but not in the sense that it strips or clarifies your hair. It contains green tea which has a very astringent effect and other great benefits. It also DOES NOT contain heavy oils, waxes, silicones or perfumes of any kind. NO FILLERS! Because of that, your hair will not be coated in the traditional crap that all other shampoos contain that you’ve grown accustomed to in a poor attempt to give you that false sense of “moisture” and “health”. You know that lovely bumpy/itchy scalp you’re dealing with (which is probably why you are here considering the purchase of this product in the first place)? It’s because of those other ingredients! Having said all that, this shampoo is not designed to be used alone. You WILL need to follow with the conditioner to detangle and provide adequate moisture to your hair after use. It cleanses really well & my hair and scalp feel great with no adverse reactions. My hair looks so healthy and shiny after using this line of products. No more rashes, breakouts, itchiness or flakes! I am not having to wash my hair as often because it cleanses properly and doesn’t contain all that chemical filler crap that makes hair greasy and weighed down by the next day.So please, do yourself a favor….if you’re struggling and you’ve tried everything, TRY THIS! Just make sure you use the conditioner afterwards.Other helpful tips with this line:-Shampoo gently focusing on the scalp in warm (NOT HOT!) water.-Shampoo twice if you use other products for styling to ensure proper cleansing with no build up.-USE THE CONDITIONER! Use from roots to ends and it does not take much product. Just focus on gently working the product through the hair and then rinse throughly in warm water. I usually do another quick rinse in cool or cold water to seal the hair cuticle. I think this also helps with shine.I hope this helps others who are struggling and have spent way too much money on other products that don’t work. THANK YOU BRIOGEO!

My hairdresser told me I needed to try some allergy free products, and I have curly hair. I like this product because it is sulfate and paraben free for curly hair. Does not smell, which I also like. I would buy this and the conditioner again

I bought this shampoo because I live scent-free and I had heard good things about Briogeo but couldn’t try any of the scented products. The shampoo works well as it is, but as others have said, the pump gets stuck every time you use it and I have to manually bring it back up. Very annoying. It made my hair feel clean, but after a few weeks I noticed that I was losing a lot of hair whenever I used it. Not like clumps, but an alarming number of strands. I have a thick hair and I keep it short, but it was causing some real problems since we keep a hair catcher over our drain. It had to be emptied nearly every time I showered, and that’s even with me trying to keep them from going down the drain. So be careful with this one.

I’ve been using this shampoo for about a week now and it’s super gentle and cleansing; and truly perfect for everyday use. Highly recommend.
