I have tried various products in pursuit of a regimen/product that would improve and enhance My skin. There was noticeable improvement in the texture, and look of My skin after the first application of this La Mer product.

As others have mentioned, this product is not real. There are some other versions or imitations out there, but this one makes no pretense about being fake. The color, texture, and smell are not what it should be. I’m returning this because I don’t wanna spend 140+ bucks on cream that isn’t even going to do what I need it to

I have been using facial products for years, some of which have been very expensive. Gemma 4-in-1 is my definite favorite. My skin is noticeably smoother and less-lined after application.
